Gulf States Aquaculture Hunting Trips

Please read this agreement carefully before booking. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, understand that participating in hunting activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, death, and property damage. These risks may result from the use of firearms, interactions with wildlife, adverse weather conditions, rough terrain, and other hazards related to outdoor activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in hunting trips organized by Gulf States Aquaculture.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in hunting trips and related activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gulf States Aquaculture, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, or affiliated entities (collectively referred to as “the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Acknowledgment of Hunting and Fishing Regulations

I acknowledge that I must possess a valid Texas hunting and fishing license, and I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding hunting and fishing. I understand that failure to comply with these regulations may result in legal consequences and forfeiture of my participation without a refund.

Medical Treatment

I consent to receive necessary medical treatment in the event of an injury or illness during the hunting trip. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the activities.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in hunting activities, including claims resulting from my own negligence or that of third parties.

Photo/Video Release

I grant Gulf States Aquaculture permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the hunting trip for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
