Grilled Red Fish
Instructions:
.) Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
.) In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
.) Place the red fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the fillets are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to penetrate the fish.
.) Once the grill is hot, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking. Place the marinated red fish fillets onto the grill, skin-side down. Close the lid and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes.
.) Carefully flip the fillets using a spatula, being cautious not to break the fish. Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
.) Remove the grilled red fish from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of freshness.
.) Serve the grilled red fish immediately with lemon wedges on the side. The citrusy flavor of the lemon complements the fish beautifully.
.) Enjoy the succulent and flavorful grilled red fish as a delicious main course, accompanied by your choice of sides like roasted vegetables, couscous, or a fresh salad.
